Returns:
If there is an issue with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase
date.

Returns must be sent back to us in unused and unopened condition.

We do not accept returns on opened e-juices, devices, accessories, sample packs, or partially opened bundle deals.

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned product, we will process a refund to your original
payment method minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Return For Defect
After the return for defect is approved through support@bestvape.com, we may
arrange a third party carrier to pick up the goods or we will instruct you how to return.
For the approved return, we will bear the shipping cost and restocking fee is waived.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, our customer service team will guide you through the process. Once the
returned items are received, we will confirm the exchange items with you and place a
new order. If the exchanged items have a price difference, you will be responsible for
the remaining balance, plus standard shipping fees.
